Focused on filter: tackling the elements of technique that affect the taste of filter, examining your routine and demonstrating various methods like the v60 or the Chemex, talking about the various parameters and their effects on taste.
Focused on terroir: talking about terroir, processing at the farm, the history of coffee and ethical challenges.

The sessions are run on the site https://whereby.com. All you need is an up-to-date browser like Firefox or Chrome, whether you are on Linux, Mac, Windows or Android. An app is available for iPhone users. No account necessary.
duration and price
A session usually lasts between one and two hours and is complimentary for the duration of the confinement. I am located in Montreal and classes will be scheduled in that time zone.
